What this site is
vesuview.it presents our short-term rental management services and the properties we manage in Campania. There is no booking engine on this site: you cannot reserve or pay for a stay here. Bookings happen on external platforms or by direct agreement, each governed by its own terms.
Owner agreements
Our property-management agreement is signed separately and prevails over this page for owners. It is rolling with 30-day notice from either side.
Intellectual property
Texts, photographs, logos and design on this site belong to Vesuview Srl or its licensors. Please don't reuse them without our written permission.
Liability
We do our best to keep the site accurate and up to date, but provide no warranties. Property details shown here are indicative and may change. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Napoli.
