Who we are
Vesuview Srl is the data controller for personal data processed through vesuview.it. Our registered office is Vico Corrieri 34, 80132 Napoli, Italia. For any privacy question write to info@vesuview.it.
What we collect, and why
This is a showcase website: there is no booking engine and no user account. The personal data we process comes down to:
- Enquiry form — name, email, phone (optional) and the details of your request. The form reaches us as an email through Resend, our email delivery provider, and we use the data only to reply to you.
- Newsletter — your email address, delivered to our inbox the same way. We only send you updates if you asked for them, and you can opt out at any time.
- Technical data — when you submit a form, our server keeps your IP address in memory for about a minute to limit abuse (rate limiting). It is not written to any database and no profile is built.
What we don't do
No analytics or tracking scripts run on this site today, we set no advertising cookies, we don't sell or share your data for marketing, and we never add you to a mailing list without your consent. If this changes, this page will be updated first.
Legal bases
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we rely on pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest to answer your enquiries, consent for the newsletter, and legitimate interest for abuse prevention.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months, unless you become a customer or owner — in which case contract and accounting terms apply. Newsletter consent is kept until you withdraw it.
If you become a guest or owner
Bookings and management agreements are concluded off-site. When we collect further data for a stay or a contract (for example identity data required by Italian law), you will receive a dedicated privacy notice at that point.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to info@vesuview.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
